We now have an excellent IT Recruitment Consultant opportunity in our business and we are looking for an excellent candidate who would like to join a forward thinking company; we are REC members with plans to grow the business nationally. THE ROLE
The successful Consultant will perform a traditional Perms IT recruitment role with no restriction on market, level or geography. The candidate will be working within a customer focused and friendly working environment, targeting specialist IT positions. The role is 50% Account management and 50% new business.
The position involves search and selection of suitable IT Candidates. Back-up support accompanies the position and there is a vivid opportunity of progressing through the company. It will be the Consultant’s responsibility to market a Permanent IT recruitment service to new and some existing customers.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
The successful candidate should be a sales driven and motivated individual looking for a life-spanning career. A hungry, dynamic salesperson with consistent telesales/sales experience or an experienced recruiter would be ideal.
The ideal Recruitment Consultant will have at least 1 year’s recruitment experience.
A self-starting and ambitious individual is required who is in their element working in a fast paced job.The company will award generous commissions to successful Consultants over a very competitive basic. In addition the company offers various benefits and team incentives.
