Vacancy Description:

The Technical Support Engineer will provide technical support in the form of telephone, on-site and formal training to customers, engineers and dealers across multiple UK corporate client sites.

Role: Working in a rota environment, with good overtime earning potential, you will provide technical support to end users, Field Service Engineers and dealers, as well as on site field support to Field Engineers and customers when required.

Experience: Educated ideally to HNC/Degree level or equivalent in a computer related subject, a proven background in EPOS Support, Thermal printers, Retail Support, Technical Analysis and Stores System Support across multiple Windows based systems, i.e. XP, 2000, NT etc, and understanding of Networks and associated technologies, i.e. TCP/IP, plus experience of remote support. Excellent communication/presentation skills, Computer Literate.
